Kendall Jenner Spills Skincare Secrets

Following in her sisters’ footsteps, 18-year-old Kendall Jenner is quickly becoming a go-to fashion and beauty expert with 8.6 million Instagram followers.

The reality star is now making herself available to her millions of fans on, where she shares her skincare secrets.

“Your skin always looks flawless,” one fan commented to Jenner on the site. “Do you have any tips for healthy skin?”

Jenner responded simply with, “washing your face, eating right and drinking lots of water.”

The 18-year-old celebrity’s skincare advice holds true, according to Hollywood Life. You don’t necessarily need a miracle cream to achieve healthy, radiant and flawless skin. Simply try regular exercise, drink plenty of water and refrain from eating too many sugary desserts if you’re having trouble with your complexion.

“I have been preaching to my clients that whatever you ingest into your body shows on your skin,” Celebrity facialist Ildi Pekar told Hollywood Life. The skincare expert works with models like Miranda Kerr and Lindsay Ellingson.

“Your face is a map. Certain breakouts on your face can be caused by digestion, hormonal, food allergies or product allergies. If you have hormonal problems, we recommend to stay away from soy, chocolate, nuts and dairy, which are the most common [causes to] breakouts. Make sure you do research on your skin care products.

“At my salon, we specialize in acne treatments. Foods to promote healthy clear skin: water, green juice (the darker the greens, the better) ginger, fruits and steamed vegetables are best! Stay away from sugar and moisturize with coconut oil. Lemon is one of the best thing[s] for your skin. It detoxes the body!
